Job Description

As a Department Manager, you will be an important part of our ongoing development. You will be responsible for leading, driving, and developing the department's daily operations with a focus on:

• Personnel, sales, and order intake
• Economy, budget, and short- and long-term planning
• Quality, work environment, and processes

You will work closely with service leaders, installers, and other colleagues, building strong and sustainable relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. The role requires you to see the big picture, work in a structured and proactive manner, and create engagement, motivation, and participation within the team through your leadership.

Qualifications

We are looking for a confident and humble leader who creates engagement by involving their team while also having the courage to make decisions and drive the department forward. You have a business mindset and an interest in developing businesses based on long-term relationships. With a natural network, structure, and a sense for numbers, you build trust and can analyze both operations and results.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the electrical industry, preferably in service and estimation
• Leadership experience and experience in driving projects
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Business acumen and interest in results
• Driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience with estimation software and the Office suite is a plus
